Just a note to let you know that screwcap v. artificial cork makes no difference to me.
As far as Pat's concern goes, I think the potential negative impact
of a move to screwcap would be greater if you were moving to it from traditional
cork, rather than an artificial one. Most folks know that you're
using artificial cork to
eliminate corked bottles, and structural defects in natural corks that
can damage wines, and that screwcaps are just another method to do the
same thing. I suppose its new customers that one would need to be
concerned about.
